Lisa van Hees (26) is an author from the Netherlands. Her story ‘The White Pages" was previously published in Black Moon Magazine. While working in the Dutch book industry, Lisa spends her free time writing. A common theme in her work is playing with subtext, meaning and allusion. Drawing inspiration from history and mythology often resurfaces in her work. She likes to experiment with form and story techniques. Lisa dabbles in the genres: coming of age, fantasy, magical realism, surrealism and horror. She is also currently working on a novel. Her Twitter handle is @_maniae.
